Súhrn

Vývoj biologických liekov v posledných dvoch dekádach dramaticky zmenil možnosti terapie ložiskovej psoriázy. Nárast poznatkov o imunopatogenéze tohto ochorenia rezultuje do identifikovania čoraz konkrétnejších terapeutických cieľov. Napriek tomu, že komplexnosť imunologických dráh psoriázy ešte stále nie je úplne objasnená, aktuálne modely zdôrazňujú dôležitosť a možno kľúčový význam interleukínov IL-23 a IL-17 vo vývoji psoriatického ložiska [1, 2].

Abstract

The development of biologics in the last two decades has dramatically changed possibilities of the plaque psoriasis treatment. The growth of knowledge of immunopathogenesis of this disease results in identifying more and more concrete therapeutic aims. Despite the fact that complexity of immunological paths of psoriasis has not been fully clarified yet, topical models emphasize the importance and maybe even the key importance of interleukins IL-23 and IL-17 in the development of the psoriatic plaque [1, 2].
